The police said a teenager’s story
didn’t add up about his parents’
death and his sister’s injuries

A 14-year-old Fresno County boy, who lives in rural Miramonte, tried his best to get away with the murder of his mama (Se Vang) and daddy (Lue Yang) and the attempted murder of his 11-year-old sister.

He did things that innocent folks would do like immediately report the crime, scream and yell in the phone while reporting the crime, and give a description of the suspect’s vehicle. The police, though, weren’t buying it.

According to the folks over at abc7, Fresno County Sheriff John Zanoni said he knew something was wrong the moment he started talking to the boy.

The abc7 folks said that the boy called the police and told them somebody had broken into his house, killed his parents, injured his sister, and then drove off in a “silver pickup truck.”

After the police got there, they saw his mama and daddy dead, his sister injured, and he and his seven-year-old brother walking upright.  Fresno County Sheriff John Zanoni told the abc7 folks, “Evidence ultimately showed that he fabricated the story of a break-in and was responsible for using multiple weapons to attack his mom, his dad, and his sister.”

The sheriff told the abc7 folks that where the kid lives was the one big red sign that the kid was lying worse than a broke kid with a pocket full of candy.

Zanoni told the abc7 folks that everybody knows that folks in the country got weapons everywhere. Hell, even a hair comb is a weapon. You break into the wrong house and you might find yourself comb to death.

Therefore, the sheriff knew the parents shouldn’t be dead because folks up their way use everything from knives, guns, rakes, hoes, to pots and pans to deliver a quality dose of act right to a wayward soul. Here’s what Zanoni said to the abc7 folks , “When individuals live in rural areas of Fresno County like up there in the mountains, those individuals tend to have weapons readily available, whether it be knives, firearms, things like that.”

Due to the fact that the 14-year-old boy committed the heinous acts of murder and attempted murder with a deadly weapon, he can be tried as an adult.

In order to get him over to the grown folks’ court, the prosecutor has to file a motion with the court and convince the judge that this kid knew what he was doing and is unable to be helped.

Undoubtedly, the kid’s attorney will point out that while it’s true he killed his mama, his daddy, and injured his sister; it’s also true that he didn’t go full “Amityville Horror” on his lil’ brother.

Anybody who doesn’t go full "Amityville Horror" must’ve had a real problem with the people he went three-fourths "Amityville Horror" on. In other words, the kid’s lawyer will argue that the mama, daddy, and sister did something to make the devil make the boy do it.

Also, if the kid hasn’t done any other bad things like rob Mr. Jimmy’s store, choked out grandmama’s cat, or shot his uncle with a BB gun, then he might stand a chance of staying in lil’ people’s land.

The point is that the boy’s lawyer has to convince the judge that his client can return to the “perfect, sweet, baby boy” he was before the devil got a hold of him!

Folks, here’s the harsh reality. The boy was successful in killing the woman whose body gave him life. And that’s all folks need to hear. Killing mama is just a no, no. You can kill daddy and you can try to kill sister. Hell, you can even try killing yourself. But killing mama, unh-unh. That’s like killing God! You just don’t do that!

Don’t get me wrong, now. I’m not saying that killing his daddy or trying to kill his sister ain’t bad. It’s just that killing mama is worse! Think of the Menendez Brothers. Remember what the judge said. The judge said something like "you shot your dear mama?!"

So yeah, just killing mama makes the chances slim to none that his case will remain in Juve.

Oh well, sucks for him!
